Put each post in its own folderOn: slug/index.md. Off: slug.md (flat output for AI tools).Prefix filenames with datesOn: 2024-01-15-slug.md. Posts without dates are left unchanged.Date folders

Security and behavior

The XML is processed only in your browser and is never uploaded to our servers. Images are not downloaded; image URLs remain as Markdown references. script/style/noscript elements are removed from Markdown.

Quick usage

In WordPress admin, export an XML file via Tools → Export (choose “All content”).
Select the exported XML file on this page.
Adjust output options if needed (for AI tools, flat output is usually easier).
Click “Convert and download ZIP” and save the ZIP.
