サービスについて

セオツールズ（以下「本サービス」）は、Web制作に役立つ各種ツールを無料でご利用いただけるサービスです。本サービス独自の会員登録は不要です。ただし、Google APIと連携する一部機能では、ユーザーご自身のGoogleアカウントによる認可が必要です。

本規約やサービスに関するお問い合わせは、お問い合わせフォームからご連絡ください。

利用条件

  • どなたでも自由にご利用いただけます。
  • 商用・非商用を問わず、ツールの出力結果をご活用いただけます。
  • ツールの自動化された大量アクセスや、サービスに過度な負荷をかける行為はご遠慮ください。

サイト構造チェッカーの利用について

  • 本ツールは、対象サイトの公開されているページのみを取得します。ログインが必要なページや、robots.txt で取得を禁止されているページは取得しません。
  • 対象サイトへの負荷を抑えるため、1回あたりの取得ページ数、取得間隔、同一サイトに対する1日あたりの実行回数に上限を設けています。上限は予告なく変更することがあります。
  • 第三者のサイトに負荷をかける目的、または第三者の権利を侵害する目的で本ツールを利用することを禁止します。対象サイトの選択とチェック結果の利用は、ユーザーご自身の責任で行ってください。
  • チェック結果は24時間保存され、同じ URL をチェックした他のユーザーにも表示されます。
  • サイト運営者の方で、ご自身のサイトを本ツールの対象から除外したい場合は、robots.txt にUser-agent: SeoryToolsSiteStructureCheckerを対象とするDisallowを記述してください。お問い合わせフォームからご連絡いただいた場合も対応します。

免責事項

  • 本サービスのツールは現状有姿（as is）で提供しており、正確性や完全性を保証するものではありません。
  • ツールの利用によって生じたいかなる損害についても、運営者は責任を負いません。
  • サービスの内容やURLは、予告なく変更・終了する場合があります。
  • サイト構造チェッカーのリンクの出現位置（本文・サブコンテンツ）の分類や、リンク切れの判定は、HTML の構造にもとづく機械的な推定であり、誤りを含むことがあります。

知的財産

本サービスに含まれるテキスト・デザイン・ソースコードなどの著作権は運営者に帰属します。ツールの出力結果そのものはご自由にお使いください。

規約の変更について

本規約は予告なく変更されることがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
